With over 25 years of construction industry experience, Mario Zolofra a second-generation builder founded
Eastern Ventures CM LLC in 1982. Mario had a strong determination and vision of what he wanted his
construction company to be and has numerous accomplishments to his credit.

Literally starting from the ground up, the foundation of his career began as a Mason Foreman for his father’s construction company building homes throughout Monmouth and Ocean Counties. As his ambitions grew, his architectural background and management skills propelled him into commercial construction.

As former Resident Engineer for New York City Health and Hospitals Corporation and York Hunter Corporation, New York, Mario gained years of invaluable experience and consistently produced profitable, high-quality commercial projects.

In parallel, his residential experience as current Vice President of Construction for Signature Communities, has enabled him to bring Eastern Ventures full circle.

By combining his diverse knowledge in the commercial and residential markets with teams of skilled craftsman, Eastern Ventures provides comprehensive services for all types of construction projects from renovations, additions, tenant fit-outs and new buildings with strong emphasis in custom homes and medical environments.
